Do you move it anywhere else? It can be consumed by P2 to install BIRT features.

( for Please try the latest 4.2.1a snapshot version to see if the source bundles work as you expect. Linux Report Designer, standalone charts, other packages? Just need to stage and release the code but some other priorities are going to have to come first.

You should be able to use the snapshot version until we release, and we would appreciate your feedback. I am happy to confirm that resolution of 4.2.1a-SNAPSHOT artifact *works*. It works fine! We have finished up most of our test and we think that we have things setup.

The inclusion of these files doesn't stop BIRT from working as long as you are using POI 3.9, though they do bloat the resulting jar.
