You can use the Forms and Reports that have already been created. The error occurs when Access tries to save the PDF. I have only used Virtual PC. If there is already a compatible version of Access installed then I recommend using it.

The Access runtime is not used in the same way you would use the full version of Access.

I have verified the path and security permissions. It may not necessarily be anything to do with the print itself. Does the runtime version have that built-in? I have installed Access 2007 runtime OK and then installed the PDF add-in.
If you need all of the advanced features in the retail (paid) version then it is probably best to purchase the full retail version.
