The reason I got so excited about Access 2007 was the possibilities that rich text opened up. Each time you hit a word you recreate that table to fill the list box. I also like your idea of positioning the form, as the first thing I do when spellchecking is to move it out of my way. I gather that is what is supposed to happen until the 'Spell Check' button is pressed, at which point you should be offered replacement choices for each spelling error that is
then attempt to position the spell check form so it doesn't overlap the text control.
